What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related fields.
•
Product management certification or experience is a plus.
•
5+ years of experience in data platform, analytics, or product management roles.
•
Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture, data modeling, and analytics use cases.
•
Experience with SAP BW on HANA, Azure Data Lake, SAP Datasphere, and/or Google Cloud Platform.
•
Hands-on familiarity with tools like Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Alteryx, JMP, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
•
Experience with data ingestion frameworks and integration between SAP and non-SAP platforms.
•
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin.
•
Comfortable working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment with multiple priorities.

Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.What will be your key responsibilities?
•
Own the product roadmap, lifecycle, and performance of all China data platforms and analytics tools, aligning with global data strategies while addressing China-specific requirements.
•
Partner with SAP, data, and business stakeholders to define use cases and deliver data-driven solutions that support business reporting, analytics, and operational needs.
•
Manage cross-platform integrations between SAP S/4HANA, data lakes, SAP Datasphere, and BI tools to ensure seamless data flow and governance.
•
Lead demand intake, prioritization, and resource planning for data platform initiatives across deployment and ongoing operations.
•
Drive adoption of modern analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, SAP Analytics Cloud, etc.) through enablement, governance, and user support.
•
Oversee data ingestion processes and ensure consistent data architecture and quality standards across platforms.
•
Manage external vendors and internal delivery teams to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
•
Collaborate with global platform teams to bring new technologies and innovations to China in compliance with regulatory and infrastructure constraints.
•
Ensure security, compliance, and audit readiness across the data platform landscape.
•
Monitor platform health, performance, and usage analytics to continuously improve service quality and user experience
