Job Purpose
Provide HR business partnership and solutions for HC Meishan Factory, focusing on organizational and talent health, champion and embed Unilever culture, and work closely with key stakeholders to ensure the overall effectiveness of people-related metrics and operations.
Responsibilities
• Daily Operation: Partner with the factory manager to provide HR support to the entire operation team, including but not limited to workforce planning, working hour compliance, organizational optimization, recruitment and talent management, culture building, organizing engagement activities, and coordinating with HR Shared Services (HRSS) for payroll, benefits and employee data-related matters.
• Business & People-Centric HR Solutions: Gain a deep understanding of the factory's master plan. Develop and implement HR solutions that are both business-oriented and people-centric, providing comprehensive support for business growth and the entire employee life cycle.
• Organizational Design & Strategy: Lead the design and implementation of organizational structures that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and agility. Work closely with key stakeholders to align organizational design with strategic business objectives.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize people-related metrics data and analytics to inform organizational design decisions and measure the impact of initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Communication: Develop and execute two-way communication channels to effectively convey the latest information between the leadership team and frontline workers.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across different functions and factory sites to ensure alignment and support for the organization.
