职位描述

Four Main Responsibilities:

50% - Manage facility and admin relate work for Beijing office.

20% - Liaison with local building landlords / service providers.

15% - Implement global & regional initiatives and maintain good office environment.

15% - Provide FM services to all divisions.

 

Major Responsibilities/Activities:

1. Lead the Beijing office related consolidation & optimization projects.

2. Lead the Beijing office renovation projects.

3. Take care of the Beijing office facility management responsiblity.

4. Liaison with building landlord and property management company for the regular payments and daily operation of the office

5. Provide regular monitoring and report for energy usage.

6. Take care of the business routine facility related requests, complains & feedbacks

7. Lead Beijing office reception services

8. Manage the office security system including CCTV and access control system etc.

9. Manage the facility related expense budget for the Beijing office

任职条件

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Industry experiences: N/A

2. Position experiences: 5 years of progressively responsible experience in facility management, administration, or other support services function.

3. Language Skills:Good English communication skills in both oral and written.

4. Computer Skills: Micorsoft Office ( Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and Outlook.

5. Mobility: N/A.

6. Certificate Required: Bachelor Degree

7. Other Special requirement: project management or engineering background will be a plus.
