Position Summary职位概述

通过日常销售工作及处理全面的业务计划进而完成预算收入指标。

To achieve pre-determined revenue targets whilemaintaining appropriate sales programmes and handling multi-faceted projects.

Main Duties 主要职责

行政

Administration

1.在工作中,严格遵守部门的工作流程标准和要求。并且协助维持并更新部门的操作手册和指南。

Assistswith the development, maintenance and update of a detailed DepartmentOperations Manual that reflects policies & procedures, work processes andstandards of performance within the Division. Ensures annual review toaccurately reflect any changes.

2.始终确保销售文件和系统信息的准确性和有效性。

Ensuresthat an efficient and accurate filing system, both manuals as well aselectronic, is maintained at all times.

3.确保完成所有销售报价,合同的记录。

Maintainscomplete and supported records of all Sales Agreements and Quotations for the Hotel.

4.建立有效的文件管理确保完整的生意销售记录。

Establishes an efficient trace file toensure that all business booked is properly tracked.

5.按时向销售部副总监提交销售报告。

Submits Sales report to AssociateDirector of Sales in a timely manner.

6.为销售主任统计月报表提供准确的销售记录。

Providesaccurate reporting of business booked to the Sales Executive for monthlyconsolidation.

7.当有需要时为相关的客户或代表安排酒店参观和招待。

Entertainsand conducts hotel inspections to relevant representatives/ delegates wheneverrequired.

Customer Service

1.建立并维持良好的客户关系并且不断的开发新的生意机会。

Establishesand maintains strong relationship with the established clientele and constantlyexplores into new business opportunities.

2.与相关的运作部门保持紧密的合作,确保按客人的需要提供准确的服务。

Liaisesand works closely with the related operation departments ensuring guestsrequests and expectations are being met.

3.礼貌和有效率的处理所有客人和内部客人的投诉及询问。如果不能立刻处理该问题或投诉,将确保及时的进行后续跟进工作。

Handlesguest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reportingcomplaints or problems. If no immediatesolution can be found, to ensure that the necessary follow-up is conducted in atimely manner.

4.保持与客户以及同事之间积极良好的工作合作关系。

Maintains positive guest and colleagueinteractions with good working relationships.

5.完成每月及年度的个人销售指标。

Achievesthe monthly and annual personal target contributing to the Sales revenue.

6.针对酒店的年度商业计划,发展并检阅个人的销售计划。。

Developsand reviews Personal Business Plan which is linked to the Hotel’s AnnualBusiness Plan.

市场营销

Marketing

1.进行广泛的市场竞争者调查,并且保持良好的酒店产品知识。

Conductsextensive competitor research and maintains excellent Product Knowledge of theHotel.

2.始终不断的检阅本地市场,国内市场,国际市场的发展趋势,以及竞争对手的销售侧重点,以确保我们酒店的销售在市场中保有竞争性和领导地位。

Constantlymonitors and evaluates local, national and international market trends, and thecompetitor hotels’ sales initiatives, in order to make sure the hotel’s salesremain competitive and cutting edge.

3.确保在销售工作中,无论是通过电话,合同还是书面联络都要体现出我们酒店的高水准。

Ensures a high level of exposurefor Hotel through direct sales solicitation via telephone, contracts andwritten communications.

4.确保在专业的销售拜访中运用到凯悦销售法则以及SMART Selling销售原理。

Ensuresprofessional sales calls using Hyatt’s Consultative Selling principles andSMART Selling philosophies.

5.谨慎的安排有目标性的销售拜访计划。

Carefully plans sales calls into definedobjectives.

6.保持对酒店设施,特点以及服务项目的详细了解。

Maintains a detailed knowledge of Hotelfacilities, features and services.

7.进行广泛的竞争对手的调查研究并且保持良好的自我产品知识。

Conductsextensive competitor researches and maintains excellent Product Knowledge ofthe hotel.

8.确保系统性的,有效的拜访被分配到的客户。及时的向销售副部总监报告所发现到的公司信息和生意机会。

Ensures systematically and efficiently calls onallocated Accounts within location and reports findings and opportunities toAssociate Director of Sale.

9.发展潜在的客户群体,并利用DELPHI系统的数据库安排相应而有效的销售战略计划,从而提高酒店在市场上的占有率。

Pre-qualifiesand targets prospects, utilising Delphidatabase and develops appropriate and effective sales solicitation strategiesto increase hotel’s market share.

10透过专业的日常电话销售,寻找新的生意机会。追踪并识别潜在客户。

Professionallyconducts routine telemarketing activities to identify new businessopportunities. Follows up sales leads to identify prospect.

11.会见会别或迎接重要客人的到店或离店。

Meets and greets VIP guests uponarrival/ departure.

12.计划并安排拜访对酒店感兴趣并有潜力的客户,从而找寻新的生意机会。

Plansand makes Sales trips to the parties concerned which is our current andpotential clientele to explore into new business opportunities.

13.建立坚固客户关系,从而了解未来所有计划活动。

Establishesstrong contacts to source for information in regard to planned and up comingfunctions/ events.

14.在销售伙伴不在的时候协助他们跟进所有的工作事宜。

Assists Sales Buddy to follow-up on allmatters in the absence of Sales Buddy.

15.检阅并持续寻找更有效的工作方式,通过新思想模式(在适当时)彻底的简化工作流程。

人事

Personnel

1..确保所有员工有对酒店产品知识以及当前的人员提升和政策改变的认知度。以及良好的内部沟通。

Ensuresall employees maintain an updated awareness of Hotel product knowledge, currentpromotion, policy changes and appropriate internal communication.

2.在需要的情况下协助销售员工的招募和人员补充工作。在招募新员工的工作中遵从酒店的指导方针和资格能力审核标准。

Assistsin the recruitment and selection of Sales employees if required. Adheres tohotel guidelines when recruiting and uses a competency-based approach toselecting employees.

3.协助监督销售部员工的出勤情况和仪容仪表,确保他们按照酒店仪容仪表规定,正确穿着工作制服以及保持高标准的个人形象和个人卫生。

Assiststo oversee the punctuality and appearance of Sales employees, making sure thatthey wear the correct uniform and maintain a high standard of personalappearance and hygiene, according to the hotel and department’s groomingstandards.

4.通过适当的培训,训练与指导,尽量有效的提高每一个员工的技能与能力。

Maximisesthe effectiveness of employees by developing each of their skills and abilitiesthrough the appropriate training, coaching, and/or mentoring.

5.协助开展员工年度绩效发展讨论,并帮助他们设定专业发展目标。

Assiststo conduct annual Performance Development Discussions with employees and tosupport them in their professional development goals.

6.帮助并协调培训部经理和部门培训员,为员工安排和执行有效的培训项目。

Assiststo plan and implement effective training programmes for employees incoordination with the Training Manager and Departmental Trainers.

7.鼓励员工在工作上的创新与改革,并同时挑战或认可他们在工作上的贡献。

     Encouragesemployees to be creative and innovative, challenging and recognising them for

     their contribution to the successof the operation.

8.提倡和执行以人为本,贯彻和加强HYATT的价值观和文化特性。

Other Duties

1.保持高标准的个人仪容仪表。

Ensures high standards of personalpresentation and grooming.

2.与竞争对手酒店,相关的组织部门包括当地旅行社或旅游承办商保持良好的合作关系。

Maintains strong, professionalrelationships with the relevant representatives from competitor hotels andother organisations, including tour operators and local travel agents.

3.随时训练个人的管理责任感和态度,正面的展现酒店管理团队和凯悦国际的形象。

     Exercisesresponsible management and behaviour at all times and positively representing

     thehotel management team and Hyatt International.

4.响应由于酒店,行业或公司为销售运作带来的变化。

Responds to changes in the Salesfunction as dictated by the industry, company and hotel

5.详细阅读酒店员工手册并严格遵守酒店所有的规章制度,特别是关于防火,卫生,健康以及安全方面的规定。

Readsthe hotel's Employee Handbook and have an understanding of and adhere to thehotel's rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and proceduresrelating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.

6.参加必要的培训课程和会议。

Attends training sessions and meetingsas and when required.

7.执行所以其他的被分配到的工作和职责。

Carries out any other reasonable dutiesand responsibilities as assigned

任职条件

至少5年在国际连锁酒店的同岗位相关工作经验。

拥有丰富的销售经验和执行力。

良好的中英文读写能力。

Minimum 2+ years experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.

With strong sales experience and execution.

Excellent command of written and spoken in English and Mandarin.
