职位描述

• Champion the integration of applications into DATaP objectives, maintaining a strong focus on market needs, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

• Align Run the Bank and Change the Bank requirements with overall business goals.

• Design, implement, and troubleshoot technical solutions for projects related to customer data in the Hong Kong market.

• Enforce data governance policies to ensure data quality and integrity.

• Demonstrate in-depth expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).

• Identify and drive automation opportunities in coding and testing processes.

• Communicate complex data concepts clearly to diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.

• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Apply strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects concurrently.

任职条件

Technical Skills

• Extensive hands-on experience in software development, with a deep understanding of technical processes for Customer Relationship Management Systems in Hong Kong, covering both WPB and CIB within the AMH market.

• Proficient in technologies such as MVS, z-series, CICS, JCL, DB2, and PROC.

• Skilled in integration technologies (e.g., APIs, Spring Boot) and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities for data gathering, analysis, and interpretation.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail and a talent for innovative solutions.

• Adept at translating business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Communication and Soft Skills

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex data to varied audiences.

• Proven interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Functional Knowledge

• Comprehensive understanding of HSBC Group structures, values, behaviours, processes, and objectives.

• Demonstrated experience managing technology infrastructure in large, complex operational environments, utilizing key tools such as Lean Six Sigma and Agile to drive client-focused performance.

• Successful track record in designing and implementing large-scale, complex global or regional change initiatives.

• Experience with front-line, customer-facing IT systems and platforms.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and effectively at all organizational levels and across business functions.

• Awareness of the evolving regulatory landscape, particularly within the financial services sector.

Other Requirements

• Proven leadership and management experience, including driving cultural change within large organizations.

• Strong relationship management and influencing skills, with a history of effective communication and collaboration at all levels.

• Experience working within global or distributed team environments.
