1. 计算机科学、软件工程、电子工程、物理、数学或其他相关专业

2. 每周最少可以工作4天

3. 熟悉Linux/Unix 操作系统，了解至少一种语言（Java, C, Python)，Java优先

4. 有良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力

5. 较好的英语听说读写能力

6. 有良好的问题分析和解决能力

7. 注重细节，有耐心，能积极面对各种压力
