职位描述
- Design and develop clean, efficient code with coding language for Receivable Finance applications
- Build up repository for growing a developer for Receivable Finance applications
- Leading a development team (small size) and managing the team from engineering perspective to ensure good quality of code delivery
任职条件
- At least 12-14 years of technical experience in new tech stack, e.g. Java, J2EE, Spring, SQL, etc.
- Willing to learn niche technology and fast learner
- Experience on AS400/iSeries, Understanding RPGLE will be an advantage
- Business knowledge in commercial bank (especially Commercial Banking IT) will be an advantage
- Able to lead and coach junior team members
- Fluent English speaking and professional business writing skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and documentation skills
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated with excellent time management skills and strong initiative
- Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
- Able to adapt in global team culture and communication in different locations
