This position is a RTR processor of China companies, responsible for master data set up, SAP period-end closing, quarterly reporting as well as external audit and statistic reporting to local government, govern the high quality financial statement and reporting. What are we looking for?
1. Education & Professional Qualification
•Bachelor’s degree with major in Economics, Finance or Accounting
•Professional certification such as CPA or CIA a plus
2. Knowledge/Experience
•5+ years in varied accounting and finance roles with experience in RTR is a plus
•Experience in FMCG or consumer industry is preferred
•Organized, logical thinking, eager to learn and high sense of responsibility
•Demonstrated ability to build x-function collaboration
•Strong communication skill, fluent written and oral English a must
•Knowledge in SAP and general accounting area a plus
•Finance auditing experience is a plus
What will be your key responsibilities?
Quality and timely financial statement and reporting
•Daily operation completed on time with quality, such as MJE, BS recon, master data maintenance etc.
•Close SAP accounting book with quality check and timely for US and PRC on period and month basis respectively. Coordinate with Fin operation team on related closing steps and timely close of accounting book.
•Provide reports on time with high quality for both regular reports and ad-hoc reports.
•Support business and MGS projects as a Key User
•Support BU and other operation team on the ad-hoc inquiry and requirement.
Control and Audit
•Support PWC audit and prepare audit report footnotes
•Strictly implement ICE control activities
•Support Internal Audit and take actions for the follow ups
