经常亲自证实宴会和会议客人得到的是最好的服务。

在宴会厅和会议室区域花时间巡视（高峰时段）以确保员工很好地管理宴会区域并使各个宴会达到最佳满意度。

协助餐饮部年度经营计划的准备工作，确保部门目标充分满足酒店的营业目标和员工需求。

与餐饮总监密切配合，协助准备和定期更新会议宴会服务部的部门预算，以确保完成经营目标并有效控制成本。

对于客户调查结果做出回应并落实相应的改善措施。

帮助会议宴会部提出富有创意的建议和想法。

监督和协助所有会议宴会服务部员工的聘用和筛选。在招聘时遵循酒店指示，在筛选员工时以能力为基础进行选择。

[Job Description]

Personally and frequently verifies that guests at conferences and banquets are receiving the best possible service.

Spends time at conferences and banquets (during peak periods) to ensure that they are managed well by the respective Associateand functions to the fullest expectations.

Assists with the preparation of the annual Food and Beverage Business Plan ensuring Divisional Objectives fully address business objectives of the hotel and needs of associates.

Assists with the preparation and regular update of the Event Service Departmental Budget, in close cooperation with the EAM -Food and Beverage ensuring targets are met and costs are effectively controlled.

Responds to the results of the Consumer Audit and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented.

Assists the Events department Sales team with creative suggestions and ideas.

Oversees and assists in the recruitment and selection of all Event Service associates. Adheres to hotel guidelines when recruiting and uses a competency-based approach to selecting associate
