•Packaging Development

•Responsible for packaging development including PRM1 NPD, AA regional promotion and Hangzhou/Pujiang plant request, from idea to launch, cover end to end packaging development; Utilize 2D and 3D CAD to design packaging and detail all parts and assemblies.

•Escalate business, technical trouble and critical decision-making requirement in time manner.

•Work with team to deliver CIP (Cost Improvement Project), CR (Packaging Change request), compliance projects when business needs.

•Collaboration

•Closely collaborate with product solution team to meet on-time needs; collaborate with assembly line, logistic and purchasing to ensure developed packaging meet with plant needs; collaborate with quality, segment, sustainability etc.

•Partner with external vendors to optimize designs.

•Recommend better way of working to drive delivery quality and efficiency with collaborative and can-do spirit.

•Innovation

• Explore sustainable and innovative packaging concepts and designs that are relevant to the business needs.

•Bachelor or master's degree of Packaging Engineering, material, mechanical engineering or equivalent.

•Min. 1-2 years working experience in packaging industry.

•Working knowledge of ArtiosCAD or AutoCAD, Cape and packaging failure analysis techniques required. Experience with Creo is a plus.

•Experience with sustainability packaging is a plus.

•Fluent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
