职位描述

Responsibilities:

• Act as the single point of contact for responsible program (in-house unit/externally purchased module or vehicle) between eTrans team, other function teams and Vehicle/Unit program management teams.

担任所负责项目(含福特自制混动及纯电变速箱、外购变速箱及整车项目)的单一联络人,负责协调变速箱团队、其他职能团队以及整车项目团队。

• Lead program milestones eTrans related deliverables consolidation and align with different stake holders, such as New Model Launch, Manufacturing, Finance, Purchasing, Integration, etc.

牵头整合与变速箱相关的项目节点交付物,并与新车型投产、制造、财务、采购、集成等不同利益相关方进行协调。

• Lead eTrans Teardown Benchmark plan and report-out & support eTrans cost reduction target.

牵头完成变速箱拆解对标计划及报告,并支持达成变速箱相关降本目标。

• Lead to coordinate all hybrid trans engineering change releases.

牵头协调所有混动变速箱系统及零部件工程变更的发布。

• Lead the in-house unit (e.g. localization) /externally purchased module To4 and target setting gateways reviews.

牵头完成自制变速箱(如国产化项目)及外购变速箱产品的Team of 4讨论及目标设定相关节点的审批。

• Support program status review meeting (such as Program Management Team meeting, Launch meeting), ensure all issues are tracked, eTrans related deliverables are met (Quality, Cost, Weight & Function).

支持项目状态评审会议(例如项目管理团队会议、发布会议), 确保所有问题都得到跟踪,并且变速箱相关的交付物(质量、成本、重量和功能目标)都已达成。

• Support/Lead eTrans internal regular meetings (Design Review, Change Control, Engineering Issue Meeting, etc.) to support status review/issue resolution.

支持/牵头变速箱内部例会(如设计评审、变更管理、工程问题会议等),以支持状态评审和问题解决。

• Maintain look ahead reports for all programs indicating key upcoming milestones/deliverables/status.

维护部门所有项目的计划表,其中包含即将到来的关键节点、交付物和状态。

• Maintain eTrans and powertrain health charts, to make sure latest and accurate information is reflected to management team accordingly.

维护变速箱和动力总成健康图表,确保最新和准确的信息及时反映给管理团队。

• Support eTrans subsystem issue identification/resolution, working with eTrans subsystem teams and other commodity teams to solve development/launch issue.

支持变速箱子系统问题的识别与解决,与变速箱子系统团队和其他商品团队合作,解决开发及投产阶段的问题。

 

任职条件

 

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience.

至少两年项目管理相关经验。

• Good communication in both Chinese & English and be patient.

良好的中英文沟通能力,并有耐心。

• Management or good time/plan mindset.

具备管理思维或良好的时间/计划观念。

• Self-motivated, creative and quick learner.

具备主管能动性,富有创造力且学习能力强。

• Willing to work with colleagues in different time zone (accept overtime).

愿意与不同时区的同事合作(接受因时差问题带来的不定期加班)。

• Willing to work under challenge and pressure.

乐于在挑战和压力下工作。

• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

强大的团队合作和人际交往能力。

• Systematic thinking capability & general business acumen.

具备系统性思维能力和基本的商业敏锐度。

• Familiarity with Ford engineering release process is preferred.

熟悉福特工程发布流程者优先。

• Experience with benchmark analysis is preferred.

有拆解对标分析经验者优先。

• Master's degree in a related field is a plus.

拥有相关领域的硕士学位者优先。
