1.Lead the Consumer and shopper insights for Biscuits, including all the product lines supporting both day to day execution testing, and SP/AC situation assessment with brand opportunities.
2.Manage the creation & deployment of leading- edge category/brand/innovation insights to identify growth areas, white space aligned to the broader business strategic context.
3.Manages and influences a network of stakeholders to apply generated insights into data-led strategy plans and activations. Works with agility to flex plans according to the everchanging environment maximum impact to the category/brand
4.Incite and influence decisions through compelling storytelling, presenting the insights agenda and outputs to cross functional teams confidently.
5.Manage all research initiatives end-to-end and external agency to gather data & insights around consumer behaviours, current & future market trends, and the competitor landscape
1.At least 8 years of experience in consumer insight, market research fields with proven tracking record of consumer insights initiatives. Both agency and client side experience, FMCG is must (food & beverage preferred)
2. Consumer research methodology expert, familiar with the latest tools of consumer research, from insights exploration to validation. Strong consumer empathy capability and able to develop sharp insights
3. Strong data analysis and insights generation skills and capability, translate complex data/information into actionable insights and recommendation, with clear logic and compelling story by connection dots of information from different sources
4.Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
5.Fluent in written and spoken English.
