Primary Function:

 

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and management of innovative solutions in the psychiatric and schizophrenia domain. This role requires a deep understanding of mental health products, patient needs, and the regulatory landscape. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that improve patient outcomes and support mental health professionals.

 

Major Responsibilities and Duties:

 

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and market share growth in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, providing actionable insights to the team.
  • Product Management: Oversee the lifecycle of pharmaceutical products, from launch to decline, ensuring alignment with market needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, medical affairs, and regulatory teams to ensure cohesive product messaging and compliance.
  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, distributors, and regulatory bodies.

 

任职条件

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in medical science, life Sciences, or other related discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing. Experience with a focus on psychiatric and schizophrenia is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record in a managerial role, with people management experience is preferred.  
  • Strong understanding of psychiatric conditions, particularly schizophrenia, and familiarity with treatment options and patient care in Hong Kong.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) is required.
