1. Part of the global Group Policy fulfilment team delivers, operates and supports best-in-class policy rules within the Active Directory workspace.

2. Also be part of Global Windows Operations team that manages large scale of Windows endpoints, including the responsibility of Windows build, driver, firmware, standard and other engineering team delivery rollout.

3. Be involved in the preparation, delivery and deployment of a wide array of group policy objects, software/driver/firmware packages.

4. Engage in troubleshooting and system analysis for further service improvement

5. Communicate effectively with a wide range of peers on different Technical and non-technical teams and will frequently interact with Executives and Senior stakeholders.

1. Experience with large-scale implementation of Group Policy Objects (GPO’s) and software deployment.

2. Experience with Active Directory infrastructures

3. 3rd level Incident resolution for Windows OS

4. Good knowledge of MECM, Azure/Intune

5. Awareness of ITIL processes

6. Awareness of Agile / Dev-Ops

7. Good verbal and excellent written communication skills in English

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
