- Cooperate with engineering team to test the new images of CWD and if any issue investigate and report to engineering team.
- Manage CWD build issue globally and coordinate with relevant internal teams for resolution.
- Play a role in OS upgrade projects representing the team, cooperate with project team and relevant teams to ensure timely and smooth upgrade.
- Manage a array of software/driver/firmware packages deployments, including documentation, preparation and delivery.
- ITSO delegate of IT service MS-KMS, responsible for maintaining the service and server compliance, performance, changes and documentations.
-Extensive experience in troubleshooting and supporting Windows 10/11 operating systems.
-Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft architecture and design principles at enterprise scale.
-In-depth understanding of complex Active Directory infrastructures, Group Policies, Networking, and Endpoint Security.
-3rd level Incident resolution for Windows OS
-Proficiency with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft SCCM and Intune.
-Experience with PowerShell, command-line scripts, and SysInternals tools.
-Knowledge of CloudPC or Windows 365
-Good analytical, reporting and presentation skills
