Job Summary:

We are now looking for a developer verification to ensure radio product quality. Our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working. We organize in cross functional development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work.

Responsibilities:

·       To ensure a high product performance quality is your main responsibility

·       5G NR products radio performance test

·       Develop and set up test environment for 5G NR products

·       Carry out effectively and efficiently all the verification activities on time and quality

·       Product issue debug and troubleshooting

Key Qualifications:

·       Master degree or above of first level University major in telecommunication, electronic and so on

·       Fluent in English speaking

·       Solid RF knowledge and instruments

·       High Energy levels, positive as a person with a can do mentality with high drive ability to get things done

·       Good understanding about telecommunication technology

Additional Requirements:

Prefer:

·       Good knowledge about radio performance qualification theory, methods and related HW/SW tools and instruments such as SA, SG, NWA.

·       Strong experience with wireless communication systems such as GSM/GPRS/EDGE, UMTS, FDD&TDD LTE, NR etc. including the corresponding system level specifications (e.g. ETSI, 3GPP 51, 25, 36, 37, 38 series).

·       Excellent hands-on skills in RF System verification, especially in RF performance measurement area for RBS is a plus.

·       Solid theory knowledge base, simulation skills and engineering experience in EMC area or Robustness & Reliability area is an extra plus.
