职位描述

Business Strategy & Growth

1. Independently develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and

market growth targets on international markets.

2. Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new business opportunities, partnerships, and emerging

markets.

3. Lead go-to-market initiatives for new products, services, or segments.

4. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

5. Provide inputs for product portiolio development based on market needs

Client & Partner Management

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

2. Lead customer project acquisition for Overseas projects.

3. Lead contract and price negotiations and ensure profitable, long-term business relationships.

4. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Collaboration & Leadership

1. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, finance, and operations teams to ensure

alignment on strategic initiatives.

2. Mentor and guide junior business development staff.

3. Provide regular performance reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to senior leadership.

Performance & Execution

1. Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

2. Oversee proposal development and presentation to prospective clients.

3. Drive continuous improvement in business processes and tools.

4. Ensure successful project delivery as key customer interface.

任职条件

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or related field

(MBA preferred).

2. Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in business development, sales and

project management.

3. Skills:

1)Strong strategic, analytical thinking and commercial sense.

2)Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Preferred

additional languages German and Chinese.

3)Understanding of new energy systems and components (motors, inverters, power source

etc).

4)Proven ability to develop and close deals.

5)Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.

6) Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
