Job Summary:

Incharge of daily troubleshooting of MOE1 production line and ensure production line running smoothly

Job Responsibilities:

•Daily troubleshooting and TPM for machine and fixture problem.生产线设备维修与保养。

•Responsible to maintain machine 5S and safety.负责保持设备的5S和安全。

•Support line DT and FOR improvement.支持生产线DT和FOR改善。

•Participate daily gemba with engineer.和工程师一起参加每日gemba。

•Close cooperation with production and related group colleague.与生产及相关部门同事紧密合作。

•Training and qualify machine leader.培训和考核machine leader。

•Responsible usage controlling of spare parts and consumables line.负责生产线的备件与易耗品使用的控制。

•Assignments of special tasks.其他可能分配的特殊任务。

•

University, major in mechanical or electrical.机械或电子类大学毕业。

•

Not less than 3 years experience in electronic or mechanical industries.三年以上电子或机械制造业从业经验。

•

Electrical and PLC experience.
