Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role:

•Feature Implementation Leadership: Lead the development of product functionality, ensuring clarity of scope, alignment with product goals, and adherence to design specifications.

•Technical Coordination: Translate product requirements into actionable backlog items and ensure team alignment on priorities and implementation approaches.

•Code Quality and Review: Drive high standards for code quality through design reviews, pull request practices, and mentoring developers.

•Backlog Ownership Support: Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to refine, prioritize, and decompose features and user stories.

•Architecture Contribution: Provide feedback on architectural decisions, especially around product-layer concerns like modularity, extensibility, and performance.

•Testing Readiness: Ensure feature completeness and readiness for functional, integration, and UAT testing.

•Collaboration Across Roles: Serve as a primary interface between product, development, QA, and architecture within the delivery team.

•Development Velocity Monitoring: Track team progress, identify blockers, and ensure timely delivery of feature increments.

•Workforce and Skill Planning: Collaborate in planning development team resourcing based on required technical skills and delivery phases.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:

•Bachelor Degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines

•At least 6 years in web application development and technical support or related fields

•Proficiency in full-stack web application development, like WXML, WXSS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, PHP, .NET, SQL, or NoSQL, …, etc.

•Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Web Analytics and Data Integration Solutions, like Baidu Tongji

•Technical know-how of REST API and Web Protocols (e.g. OAuth, DNS, SAML), Enterprise Level Network Topologies (e.g. Web Application Firewalls, Load Balancing, Web Application Server) and Network Infrastructures

•Familiar with WeChat Ecosystem, AWS EKS deployment, containerization technology adaption, and Azure DevOps pipeline

•Experience on WeChat miniprogram development and Agile project management in product organization structure is a must.

•Technical knowledge on Microsoft Dynamic CRM, Marketing Automation, LINE and WeChat SCRM support will be an advantage.

•Self-motivated, willing to learn, excellent technical analytical and interpersonal communication skills.

•Fluent speak in both English & Mandarin and professional written in English and Chinese languages.
