职位描述

• 负责工厂客户的自动化需求挖掘与需求分析

o 深入了解客户生产工艺、产线现状与痛点,开展现场勘查、访谈、数据收集,形成完整的需求池

o 通过技术可行性评估、风险分析和收益分析,确保需求与部门目标对齐

• 需求分解与方案设计

o 将高层次业务需求分解为可执行的技术需求、功能清单、性能指标和验收标准

o 评估并对比不同实现路径(如 PLC、HMI、机器人、视觉检测等组合方案),输出可落地的系统架构方案和选型方案

o 制定初步实施路线图、里程碑、资源需求(人力、时间、预算)及风险控制措施

• 现场实施、调试与交付

o 参与项目的现场安装、调试、系统验收、放行/投产评估,确保按进度和质量目标交付

• 方案落地与技术支持

o 为客户提供系统上线后的培训、技术支持和后续优化建议

o 持续跟踪性能指标,基于数据驱动优化策略,提升产线效率与良率

• 标准化与持续改进

o 总结项目经验,完善模板、规范和方法论,推动在需求挖掘、方案评估、设计与实施方面的标准化建设

o 推进模块化、可复用的解决方案组合,提升重复项目的交付效率

Job Responsibilities

• Automation needs discovery and analysis for factory clients

o Gain deep understanding of the client's production processes, line status, and pain points; conduct on-site surveys, interviews, and data collection to form a complete requirements pool

o Ensure requirements align with departmental goals through technical feasibility assessments, risk analyses, and benefit analyses

• Requirements decomposition and solution design

o Decompose high-level business needs into actionable technical requirements, functional lists, performance metrics, and acceptance criteria

o Evaluate and compare different implementation paths (e.g., PLC, HMI, robotics, vision systems combinations); deliver implementable system architecture and selection plans

o Develop preliminary implementation roadmaps, milestones, resource needs (personnel, time, budget), and risk control measures

• On-site implementation, commissioning, and handover

o Participate in on-site installation, debugging, system acceptance, and production release assessments to ensure delivery on schedule and to quality targets

• Solution deployment and technical support

o Provide post-go-live training, technical support, and subsequent optimization recommendations to clients

o Continuously track performance indicators and drive data-driven optimization strategies to improve line efficiency and yield

• Standardization and continuous improvement

o Summarize project experiences to improve templates, norms, and methodologies, advancing standardization in needs discovery, solution evaluation, design, and implementation

o Promote modular, reusable solution portfolios to enhance delivery efficiency for repetitive projects

任职条件

• 学历与专业

o 电气自动化、机电一体化、控制工程、机器人技术、工业视觉等相关专业本科及以上学历

• 工作经验

o 3年以上工业自动化或智能制造相关工作经验,具备完整项目的需求挖掘、方案设计、设计与调试经验者优先

• 技能与能力

o 熟悉 PLC 编程(如 Siemens/ABB/Delta/OMRON 等主流平台)、HMI(WinCC/KingView/Kingwise/Weinview 等)、机器人编程与集成(如 ABB/FANUC/YASKAWA/Myria 等)、视觉系统(机器视觉算法、相机、光源、镜头、视觉软件等)

o 熟练设计电气原理图、布线图、接线清单、控制柜布置与电气配线,具备 BOM 编制与管理能力

o 具备需求挖掘与系统架构思维,能将业务需求转化为可实现的技术方案和实施路径

o 能进行成本/收益分析、风险评估和资源规划,具备良好的商业意识

o 良好的沟通、表达与跨部门协作能力,能与客户、销售、硬件供应商、软件开发团队高效协作

Qualifications

• Education and Major

o Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Automation, Mechatronics, Control Engineering, Robotics, Industrial Vision, or related fields

• Work Experience

o 3+ years of experience in industrial automation or smart manufacturing; preference for candidates with end-to-end experience in needs discovery, solution design, design, and commissioning

• Skills and Abilities

o Proficient in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens/ABB/Delta/OMRON and other major platforms), HMI (WinCC/KingView/Kingwise/Weinview, etc.), robotics programming and integration (e.g., ABB/FANUC/YASKAWA/Myria, etc.), and vision systems (vision algorithms, cameras, lighting, lenses, vision software)

o Proficient in electrical schematic design, wiring diagrams, terminal lists, control cabinet layout and electrical routing, with BOM preparation and management capabilities

o Strong needs discovery and system architecture thinking; ability to translate business needs into executable technical solutions and implementation paths

o Capable of cost/benefit analysis, risk assessment, and resource planning; good business acumen

o Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills; able to work effectively with clients, sales, hardware suppliers, and software development teams
