-Drive the user experience design process from concept to final implementation, delivering best-in-class user experiences for HSBC Hong Kong’s digital products, including the mobile banking app and online banking.
-Produce user experience designs, including requirement visualization, customer journey mapping, information architecture, wireframes, interactive prototypes and detailed UI designs.
-Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of user-centric digital solutions that align with business objectives and user needs.
-Support design activities, including user research and ideation sessions, to create and refine user-centric digital solutions. Effectively communicate findings and design rationale to stakeholders.
-Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the organization.
-Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our digital experiences remain competitive and relevant. Qualifications - External
-Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
-Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
-Strong portfolio showcasing your UX design skills and process.
-Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
-Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
-Profound understanding of best practices and trends regarding digital, banking, finance, and investment products.
-Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
-Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Strong communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
