Position Overview:

As a RAN test engineer at Ericsson RAN Performance Beijing, you will be part of a collaborative team that whole development cycle and implements software solutions to meet the needs of our customer with colleagues from different regions around the world. You will work closely with senior developers to learn best practices and contribute to projects that challenge your creativity and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Collaborate with XFT to design test case and verify the product/features in the entire development lifecycle.

·      Create detailed test documentation and specifications based on user requirements and feedback.

·      Responsible for new product and feature integration and release, including but not limited to Feature Verification, Continues Integration, IoDT, System Verification and Module Level test.

·      Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing software applications.

·      Write automation script, Python and AI.

·      Joint customer validation test on demand.

Qualifications:

·      Major in communication engineering, Information Management, and Information System, Electronic and Information Engineering, Computer Science or Engineering (IT, Telecom), master’s degree preferred.

·      Familiar with the principle of communication system, understand the 3GPP protocol, understand the key technologies of 5G/5G-A and have experience in testing wireless communication products is preferred.

·      Proficient in English reading and writing, basic oral communication skills.

·      Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·      Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

·      Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and staying current with industry trends.

Bonus Skills: 

·      Knowledge of agile development methodologies. 

·      Understanding of software testing and quality assurance practices. 

·      Previous internship or project experience in software design or development.
