Provide Calibration management service for MSO China. 

为MSO中国工厂提供计量的日常管理工作。

Responsible for the department document control, calibration work order management and assist for spare parts & Warehouse Management.

负责部门的文档管理，校准工单管理以及协助备件仓库管理等工作。

Department admin related activities.

主要职责 / MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

Safety, Health & Environment /安全，卫生和安全

Learn, master, and follow HSE laws, regulations, requirements and standards of the country, government functional departments and local governments, and fulfill the HSE responsibilities and obligations required by regulations.

学习、掌握并执行国家、政府职能部门、地方的HSE法律法规要求、标准，履行法规要求的HSE责任和义务。

Strictly comply with HSE rules and regulations and implement the HSE management requirements of this position. Promise to follow the requirement "do not harm ourselves, do not harm others, do not be harmed by others, and protect others from harm". Carry out hazard identification, risk assessment, and emergency plans for assigned work activities and ensure the implementation of safe operating practices. Responsible for reporting HSE hazards and accidents timely.

Quality and Compliance /质量和法规符合

Collaborate with site quality to make sure Right to operate through compliant to all related regulatory requirements.

和本地质量相关部门合作，确保所有操作满足相关质量法规要求。

Implement and apply the Biomerieux Quality System.

执行并应用梅里埃质量管理系统。

Calibration Management /校准管理

Develop and maintain instruments periodic calibration plan and conduct periodic calibration on time.

编制和维护仪表周期校准计划，并按时完成相关仪表的检验。

Arrange outsourced calibration activities to 3rd party.

负责安排公司委托外部第三方仪表的校准工作。

Responsible for the calibration report archiving.

负责校验报告归档工作。

Routine Operation /日常运营

Assist relative engineers for warehouse and spare parts management.. 

协助相关工程师对部门仓库与备件管理。

Department document management. 

部门的文档管理。

Department routine admin work.

部门日常的行政管理工作。

Other tasks assigned by line manager.

直线经理指派的其他任务。

知识、语言和经验要求 / KNOWLEDGE, LANGUAGE AND EXPERIENCE

College or bachelor’s degree.

大专或本科学历。

Majored in science and engineering, and with Metrology, Measurement & Control related background is a plus.

理工类专业，如有测控，计量控制等相关专业背景优先。

Be familiar with medical device related regulations, such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and GMP.

熟悉ISO 9001, ISO 13485 和GMP等医疗器械相关的法规。

Language skills: Average in Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing of English.

语言：通用的英语听、说、读、写能力。

More than 2 years of work experience in the IVD or pharmaceutical industry. Familiar with relevant metrology standards and regulations. Familiar to maintain calibration order in SAP, with data analysis capability.

并具有2年以上体外诊断或制药行业工作经验。熟悉相关的计量标准和法规，熟悉SAP校准工单维护，具备一定的数据分析能力。

Good communication and coordination skill.

较好的沟通和协调能力。
