About this opportunity:

We are looking for passionate fresh graduates to join our RF TRX Design team. As an RF TRX Design Engineer, you will be involved in the entire development process, from requirement analysis to hardware design, simulation, and testing, contributing to the performance enhancement of our wireless communication products.

What you will do:

1. Participate in the analysis of RF project requirements and translate them into design objectives

2. Design hardware circuits, including specification breakdown, frequency planning, link budgeting, and component selection

3. Prepare design documents to ensure the design process is standardized and traceable

4. Create schematic diagrams (SCH) and generate Bill of Materials (BOM)

5. Assist in PCB layout design to ensure the physical realization of the circuit meets design requirements

6. Perform board-level simulations, including isolation analysis, input/output matching, line loss, and cavity resonance

7. Break down performance specifications to ensure designs meet system requirements

8. Conduct component-level and link-level testing, and optimize designs to meet performance targets

9. Prepare evaluation reports for component-level and link-level testing, documenting test and optimization results

10. Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure the design meets expected functionality

The skills you bring:

• Master’s degree or above in Microwave Engineering, Electromagnetic Field and Wireless Technology, Electronic Information Engineering, or related fields

• Understanding of basic principles and processes of RF circuit design

• Familiarity with RF simulation tools and test equipment

• Strong learning ability, problem-solving skills, and team collaboration spirit

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant internship or project experience in RF design is a plus

• Knowledge of RF components such as power amplifiers, mixers, and filters is a plus
