Talent Acquisition Manager

You will act as the talent acquisition partner in driving the talent acquisition and pipeline development efforts for Sonova China through creative and effective resourcing interventions and branding. You will base in Shanghai, reporting to Head of Talent Acquisition, China.

 

More about the role:

  • Be responsible for the end-to-end hiring of assigned businesses, striving for shortened lead time, improved quality and manage the recruitment cost well
  • Manage full cycle recruitment process including sourcing, TA interviews, interview calibration, offering & on-boarding
  • Ensure a best-in-class experience for both hiring managers and candidates by delivering timely updates, transparent feedback, career consulting, and acting as a trusted talent advisor throughout the recruitment process
  • Build effective relationships with hiring managers and business leaders through proactive communication to ensure alignment of objectives, provide feedback, and support efficient and compliant decision-making processes
  • Demonstrated deep business knowledge to influence decision-making using market data and provide strategic talent acquisition guidance
  • Establish long-term relationship with target universities to build up early talent pipeline, manage campus recruitment activities and audiology internship program
  • Manage recruitment channels and vendors performance reviews
  • Manage system, data and reporting on hiring process, KPI, talent pool and conduct data analysis per needs
  • Lead and support the assigned projects and initiatives

 

More about you:  

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
  • 10+ years’ talent acquisition experience in reputable search firms and MNCs, medical device or consumer goods industry experiences highly preferred
  • Strong sourcing skills, candidate management and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid experience in talent mapping, talent intelligence and adept at building a fruitful partnership with business leaders
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong resilience, can do attitude, team player and work under pressure.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment, comfortable to manage ambiguity
  • Native in Mandarin and fluent in English
