Internship: Cabin Innovation in Suzhou R&D Centre

In order to increase customer loyalty and Airbus performance the mission is to develop innovations outcomes (product, service, business model organization) in line with Customer drivers and Airbus business priorities by: 

- challenging statu quo, 

- revisiting ways of working, 

- upgrading existing portfolio of products and services.

The innovation manager will be autonomous in particular in accompanying the human aspects of change, in embarking the stakeholders in the innovation journey, in transforming ideas into value, guide his/her peers, come up with improvements or new material. 

Work relations : transverse to all functions and domains, working closely and aligning with Innovation ecosystem (company builders, Innovation Federation, Innovation and Intrapreneurships Community of Practice...).

Are you a highly motivated and proactive individual looking to gain hands-on experience in project management and cutting-edge AI technology within an innovative R&D environment? Join our team as an intern and contribute to exciting projects shaping the future of cabin design and AI software development.

Location: Suzhou R&D Centre

Duration: 6 months

Start Date: September 2025

Your Tasks Would Be:

Project Management Support:

Assist in the creation and standardization of project templates.

Provide support in the preparation of milestone reviews and project documentation.

Future Cabin Studio (Showroom) Improvement:

Contribute to the enhancement of our Future Cabin Studio, focusing on integrating new prototypes and improving the overall exhibition experience (e.g., hands-on integration work, coordination with suppliers, making use of 3D printing facilities.

AI-Software Team Support:

Support the Computer Vision Data Labeling efforts to enhance algorithm accuracy. (No prior software development skills are required for this task.)

Fluent English and Chinese for seamless communication.
