职位描述

Four Main Responsibilities:

50% - Provide administrative services to employees in office.

20% - Liaison with partners and suppliers to fulfill office supplies and services.

15% - Implement and maintain commercial office EHS environment.

15% - Provide supports to company global citizenship activities.

 

Major Responsibilities/Activities:

1. Receive, direct and relay income calls in proper manner.

2. Welcome and guide visitors per SOP at reception area.

3. Ensure office security by monitoring office entrances.

4. Send/receive and dispatch inbound and outbound mails / packages / parcels / couriers; make sure to keep accurate record and follow-up per needed.

5. Monthly check and arrange admin related payment like postal, telephone, plant etc, allocate to relevant BU accurately.

6. Purchase the stationery and commodity for office daily usage.

7. Assist in booking and preparation of meeting rooms, conference calls, etc.

8. Monitor and coordinate office equipment maintenance and repairness, i.e. fax machine, MFD, projector, etc. copy machine/fax machine.

9. Keep office employees contact information updated in share folder in timely manner.

10. Communie with landlord and local building management office for all security and maintenance needs.

11. Support office layout, remodeling, expansion, construction, etc.

12. Monitor and continuously improve admin relative vendors’ services and performance in local office.

13. Build up and maintain a high level of office environment according to global EHS requirements.

14. Create and fulfill Green Office innitiatives and projects per needed.

15. Support company global citizenship projects and programs from Admin perspective.

16. Other tasks assigned from supervisor.

任职条件

1. Industry experiences: N/A

2. Position experiences: 1-2 years of progressively responsible experience in office management, administration, or other support services function. Experience in MNC is preferred

3. Language Skills:Good English communication skills in both oral and written.

4. Computer Skills: Micorsoft Office / Word / Excel / PPT / Outlook, ect.

5. Mobility: Located in respective branch office

6. Certificate Required: College degree or above

7. Other Special requirement: N/A
