What do we expect from you?
You will become a member of the ALDI China National Buying team, responsible for digital transformation of our Buying processes and system landscape. You'll be collaborating closely with colleagues from other departments (e.g. National Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance) to create seamless and digital end-to-end processes. Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Leading the planning and implementation of digital projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and National Buying needs
- Analysing existing business processes to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks
- Designing and implementing strategies for process optimisation, cost reduction, and quality enhancement
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of process changes
- Developing and maintaining process documentation to ensure clear communication of workflows across teams
- Implementing new technologies or tools to automate and streamline processes
- Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
- Providing training and support to staff on new processes and best practices
What are we looking for?
Skills & Qualifications
We expect you hold a bachelor degree or above with experience in process management, operations management, business analysis, or related roles.
- Proven track record in process optimisation and change management
- Proficiency in process management tools and software
- Familiarity with process mapping methodologies (e.g., LeanIX)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process mapping and process redesign
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and project management skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement tools
- Experience with change management and driving the adoption of new processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices
Chinese and English will be used as your daily working language and we expect you to work under fast-growing and diverse atmosphere.
