1.        Provide optical design and simulation expertise for LED lighting applications.

2.        Support mass-market customers via internal sales and external distributor teams with technical guidance and application solutions.

3.        Collaborate with Product Development to share market insights and application requirements for new product innovation.

4.        Work with CQM teams to analyze and resolve customer quality complaints, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

5.        Manage stakeholder expectations by delivering accurate technical inputs and application feedback.

6.        Apply LED structural understanding to optimize product performance and reliability.

7.        Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

1.        Bachelor’s degree in Optoelectronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

2.        Strong optical simulation competence (LightTools, TracePro, Zemax) and understanding of lighting systems.

3.        Experience in customer technical support for mass-market applications.

4.        Familiarity with LED structural design and basic process flow (SMT, assembly).

5.        Excellent communication and collaboration skills; Chinese language proficiency is essential.
