Responsibilities:
· Assess and develop efficient sourcing channels/ tools to assist different recruitment assignments.
· Maintain and develop relationship with target candidates through appropriate channels.
· Conduct searching, screening, interviewing activities and recommend qualified candidates.
· Provide timely and constructive feedback regarding the progress of each recruitment assignment.
· Conduct relevant market research and collect market intelligence on recruitment.
· Work closely with related associations to obtain regular updates on newly qualified talent.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Management / HR.
· 1-3 years of relevant experience in market research / recruiting / sourcing / customer relationship management.
· Able to work in a fast pace, high-growth environment.
· Strong coordination skills.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills and capable of developing and establishing candidate relationships.
· Team player, energetic, creative and flexible.
· Excellent research, analytical and presentation skills.
· Strong self-motivation with the ability to work in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment with varying deliverables and changing requirements.
· Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
· Well organized, result oriented, ability to meet deadlines.
· Broad knowledge of latest recruitment and interviewing trends.
· Computer literate in MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
