1. Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for facility and equipment, effectively support the operation.

2. Responsible for the coordination and handling of major anomalies and maintenance problems of facilities an equipment, summarize countermeasures and effective actions.

负责设施设备较大异常及保养问题的协调处理，总结对策，并保证方案的有效执行。

3. Responsible for the installation, commissioning and maintenance of the water, electricity, gas, lighting and other related facilities.

负责公司水，电，气，照明等相关设施的安装调试及维护。

4. Responsible for writing and updating facility related guidelines. 

负责设施设备的相关规章制度的编写。

5. Responsible for special equipment management to meet the requirements of law.

负责特种设备的管理，确保符合法律法规要求。

6. Should to repair the equipments independently if necessary.

必要时能独立修理设备。

1. College or above, major in mechanical, automation or electrical engineering

大专及以上，机械，自动化或电气工程专业

2. At least 1 years experience as Facility Engineer.

至少1年以上设施维护经验

3. English can be the working language

英文能作为工作语言，主要要求读和写

4. Proficient in using WORD, EXCEL, PPT etc

熟练运用office软件，如word, excel , PPT 等

5. Proficient in reading CAD drawings.

6. High and low voltage electrical operation certificate is preferred.
