We are looking for a talented and experienced Laboratory Technician with a strong background in cell culture techniques to support our research and development efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of laboratory tasks related to cell culture, maintaining cell lines, and assisting in experimental procedures.

1.Conduct routine cell culture experiments, including cell line maintenance, passaging, and cryopreservation.

2.Prepare cell culture media, reagents, and solutions according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

3.Perform cell-based assays and experiments to support drug discovery and development projects.

4.Assist scientists in the design, execution, and analysis of experiments, including troubleshooting and problem-solving as needed.

5.Maintain accurate laboratory records, document experimental procedures, and analyze data using appropriate software tools.

6.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and laboratory protocols, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.

7.Participate in laboratory meetings, contribute to discussions, and collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.

1.Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field.

2.Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in cell culture techniques, preferably in a biopharmaceutical or biotechnology setting.

3.Proficiency in aseptic technique and sterile cell culture procedures.

4. Experience with primary cell culture, immortalized cell lines, and cell-based assays.

5.Strong understanding of basic laboratory techniques, including pipetting, centrifugation, and microscopy.

6.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

7.Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.

8.Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines (e.g., GLP, GMP) is a plus.

9.Scientific experience with RNAi/SiRNA technology is highly preferred.
