- Assist pre – event walk through for 3rd party vendor (eg, hosts, docents, cleaner etc)

- Onsite supporting in communicating with agency/3rd party, venue）

- Support guest flow

- Guide staff 3rd party go through onsite route

- Check material pros qty with agency

- Event day onsite help etc.
