Are you a good match?

You have hold a Bachelor Degree or above with minimum 5 years’ working experience in luxury CRM, activation, or high-end retail business, and Content development, CDP and MA system related experience is beneficial. You have strong analytic thinking and skills with solid experience dealing with data, interpreting numbers, and consulting with business leaders on translating insights into real actions and solutions based on commercial objectives. You are highly self-motivated, result-driven, able to work in a fast-paced environment, flexibility to multi-task, and comfortable with ambiguity. You have the experience in team management and the ability to work across multiple teams and influence projects and stakeholders. You are advanced in PowerPoint and Excel. You have good command of written and spoken Chinese and English. 


What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to Client Development Manager. You will lead the development and implementation of China VCA’s client development and clienteling strategy and programs, ensuring alignment with Maison values, HQ guideline and local business objectives, establishing clear guidelines and framework, providing tools, programs and mechanisms in partnership with different stakeholders to ensure consistent execution.

On daily basis, you will plan and implement client development related programs, campaigns, client journeys, performance analytics and projects. You will manage 1 direct report and operation agencies. In this function you will:

Client Activation Strategy

  • Define and develop China VCA client activation and clienteling strategy by different client segmentation attribution among unique China ecosystem and client activation channel matrix fully leverage data platform and data capabilities
  • With continuous adapt HQ strategy and programs based on local needs, to also develop local initiatives aligning with business objectives
  • In partnership with Client Insights, developing actionable client segmentation plans based on in-depth client insight analyses to drive targeted and effective engagement strategies. Collaborate with cross functions to develop and implement a coordinated client strategy, ensuring a cohesive and impactful campaign strategy
  •  Implement one-to-many campaign and client programs strategy, ensuring all campaigns and programs adhere to the highest quality standards and effectively drive client engagement and conversion

Client Campaign & Program Planning and development

  • Work closely with HQ and campaign agency on campaign calendar and contents in VCA tone and manner and relevancy to clients
  • Global campaign adaptation & execution with new Marketing Automation tool in local touchpoints (MMS, Wechat OA, template message…)
  • Manage campaign operation agency for client targeting, content, calendar and conduct deployment, implementation monitoring
  • Manage content agency for contents preparation and validation with HQ
  • Monitor campaign performance and internal reporting
  • Support client engagement team to provide strategic client targeting in each engagement activities: gifting, boutique animation, popup…
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to integrate the client activation strategy into the broader 360-animation
  • Support Clienteling Team with more relational, strategized clienteling programs and assets

Analytics and Projects

  • Translate business insights to lead client development direction
  • Utilize comprehensive data analysis and KPI tracking to assess performance, identify areas for enhancement, and drive continuous improvement across all client development activities
  • Understand and articulate the business needs and priorities, providing valuable feedback to HQ and collaborating on new projects and initiatives
