- Arranges with the customer/operator well before aircraft delivery all details required by Airbus to prepare for the respective ferry flight departure.

- Performs a Ferry Flight Meeting with customers, Dispatch Office and all required Airbus departments at start of customer ground check to arrange ferry flight

departure and subsequent flight routing.

- Coordinates with EU colleagues to provide Flyaway Service package for non-Chinese customers in case need to

- Coordinates catering, fuelling, aircraft servicing and pushback for departure with all involved departments in due time.

- In case of departure delays, ensures information flow to all affected organisations and coordinates new departure slots with them.

- Releases the aircraft departure messages to internal and external organisations after aircraft departure and provides stand-by services until take-off.

- Reviews ferry flight costs and coordinates with ATDC finance department, Airbus after sales and Contracts Management the invoicing process of chargeable

services requested and provided.

- Establishes a filling system and keeps record of all ferry flight activities and cost per MSN

• Education: bachelor or above in Business Administration or equivalent
• Experience: experiences with customer related works is a plus
• Basic Skills: proficient computer skills with sound knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint; native Chinese speaker, fluent in
