1 Manage order processing and maintain regular communication with client supply chain teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, delivery scheduling, and resolution of any supply chain disruptions. 2 Develop and maintain analytics and reports to provide OSA, POS sales, stock and service rate tracking. 3 Provide rolling forecasts to support inventory planning and replenishment decisions 4 Host monthly meetings with stakeholders across teams to align on promotional planning, assortment adjustments, and proactively identify and mitigate supply risks. 5 Ensure seamless product information management and catalog synchronization between L'Oréal systems and retail partners' platforms.
