职位描述

Main Responsibilities:

 

* Develop and implement claim valorization methodologies & tools for rigorous claim evaluation, ensuring our department possesses state-of-the-art capacity to assess claim impact and validity.

* Lead claim related in-depth knowledge studies to dissect claim pyramids, distinguishing "must-have" foundational claims from "key driver" claims that significantly influence consumer preference and differentiation.

* Conduct claim studies to analyze the fitness, authenticity, and synergy between product performance data (from internal evaluation) and their corresponding claims, ensuring scientific accuracy and consumer trust.

* Translate product performance insight from both blind and market into clear, actionable strategic recommendations for claim development, optimization, and communication to cross-functional partners.

* Act as a subject matter expert and strategic partner, fostering strong collaboration with internal stakeholders to align on claim evaluation insights and integrate findings into product and marketing strategies.

 

Requirements:

 

* Proven experience in market research, consumer insights, competitive intelligence, product claims evaluation, or a similar analytical/strategic role within the beauty, cosmetics, personal care, or FMCG industry.

* Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to design studies, interpret complex data (market, consumer, scientific), and draw robust, actionable conclusions.

* Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and advertising standards relevant to product claims.

* Embraces new ideas and approaches with an open mind, demonstrating agility in responding to challenges and a strong willingness to learn and evolve with our team.

* Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and drive insights from data.

 

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE:

 

* Master’s degree in marketing, Market Research, Consumer Behavior with Science backgrounds

* 3-5 years of progressive experience in a relevant analytical, insight-driven, or strategic role, with a strong focus on claims, product validation, or market understanding.

 

Personal Qualities:

 

* Possesses a deep passion for dissecting data, understanding underlying drivers, and continuously learning new analytical approaches.

* Able to connect detailed analytical findings to broader market trends and business strategy, identifying long-term opportunities.

* Naturally seeks out information, asks challenging questions, and drives initiatives to uncover deeper insights into claims.

* Ensures precision and rigor in study design, data analysis, and the formulation of insights and recommendations.

* A strong team player who can build consensus and influence decisions through data-backed insights and effective communication.

* Focused on delivering tangible value and measurable improvements to our product claim strategy and market positioning.
