IT Transactional Finance Lead
Job Location: Shortlisted candidates will be considered for positions in either Singapore or Shanghai.
Reporting To: IT Finance Department Head
Education & Experience:
Preferred Education Qualifications: Bachelor's / Master's in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Required Work Experience: 10+ Years
KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
The IT Transactional Finance Lead will oversee the entire lifecycle of all Zone applications and Global applications delegated to the Transactional Finance domain, from concept to retirement. This includes:
* Ideation, framing, delivery, and operational running (in alignment with the Service Delivery Management organization).
* Leading a team of project managers and IT Business Analysts (ITBAs).
* Proactively managing relationships with internal clients within their domain.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
* Managing and overseeing the zone-wide application portfolio, driving effective usage and deployment in cooperation with dedicated IT teams.
* Developing IT vision/mission, roadmaps, and policies, including security and quality.
* Translating the IT master plan into an operational plan for the Domain, covering financial, human, and material aspects.
* Liaising with Global Domain Leader and Geography Department Leader for alignment on global/zone strategic plans and roadmaps.
* Liaising with all key business partners of the Domain + Business Relationship Managers to manage the lifecycle from idea to projects and application lifecycle.
* Liaising with Domain Architect and Solution Expert for technical design and delivery of services.
* Supervising all zonal and global applications delegated to the domain and service delivery over their entire lifecycle in the zone of responsibility.
* Contributing to the identification of global service catalog opportunities with the global Domain lead and Geography Department Lead, considering market, benchmark, and state of innovation.
* Leading the service improvement process, ensuring continuous improvement of end-to-end service.
* Leading the domain team to deliver projects and demands using PM4IT methodology and Build to Run processes, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
* Monitoring and controlling KPIs, metrics, and SLAs, and overseeing performance for global and zone applications related to the domain.
* Understanding and managing vendor contracts (technical, business, and legal aspects).
* Identifying project risks and defining action plans to mitigate them.
* Managing internal/external human resources within the scope of responsibility with local HR support.
* Contributing to the definition of the Global / Zone BUILD budget held by the Department by identifying the BUILD Budget needs for the domain.
* Consolidating the Run budget assigned to the domain, even if the Run budget is owned by SDM.
