We are seeking a China Deployment analyst to oversee application in China customer operation. The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
Project Management:
Act as the IT project manager on reinforcement for the successful execution of CO projects
Manage stakeholder’s expectations by understanding their needs and providing realistic expectations and scope of the project
Analyze current state of CO application, service operations and solutions, recommend and deploy changes to meet immediate and long-term organizational needs
Research on new AI technologies and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches
Collaborate on projects with multiple stakeholders, complex inputs, defined budget and time sensitive deadlines
Create project plans that project requirements are properly defined and objectives are adequately set within the agreed upon budget and timeframe
Vendor management
Support systems and operation:
Manage and oversee the existing systems of Order to Cash and integration in resilient status
Be the subject matter expert of billing to cash process and managing application support to the business operation
Be the business partner with CO team in China to identify and propose suitable solution to improve Order to Cash efficiency
Technical Requirements:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, business analysis or a related field.
Proven experience in managing local projects and global projects
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in solution architecture
Strong understanding of project management, business process and ERP implementation
AI Mindset
Experience with system operation and maintenance
Familiarity with tech knowledge.
Knowledge of workflow engine.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with global and local teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Certifications (Preferred):
PMP or equivalent.
