Responsibilities
- Support in routine CRM reports, event tracking and ad-hoc reports per request. Proceed data mapping in terms of sales and customers from various system sources.
- Support the execution of direct-to-customer communication across various platforms, e.g. drafting copy, calendar maintenance
- CRM gift stock management and result tracking
- Support in internal communication with boutique and digital product team, proactively follow up with tech team for open cases
- Support in training material preparation per request
Requirements:
- Must proficient in Excel, knowledge of BI tool and WeChat Work is welcomed.
- 5 days per week, duration minimum 3 months, ideally up to 6 months
- Detail oriented, logical and organized, strong sense of responsibility and fast learner
- Strong analytical mind and willingness to solve problems together, a team player
