We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for our chemical product portfolio/building QSR EcoSystem within the QSR department. This role will focus on new product development, portfolio management, key account support, market intelligence, and strategic planning to drive growth in targeted segments.
Key Responsibilities
- New Product Development: Lead the development and launch of new chemical products tailored to the QSR sector, from concept to commercialisation.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee the existing product portfolio, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives.
- Key Account Support: Collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to support strategic customers, providing marketing insights and tailored solutions.
- Market Intelligence & Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviours to inform strategic decisions.
- Strategy Development: Formulate and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, product adoption, and revenue growth.
- Segment Opportunity Identification: Identify and evaluate opportunities in niche and emerging market segments, and lead initiatives to capture them.
