During the training period:

- Complete the courses and assignments of the training program on time and in the required quantity

- Collaborate with artist trainees to complete project training

- Follow the rules and regulations of the training program and complete tasks assigned by the trainers

- Participate in the final assessment to determine eligibility for formal employment at Virtuos

After employment at Virtuos

- Assist producers in project management or independently lead small-scale projects

- Assist in internal (other teams) and external (clients) communication

- Complete tasks related to production management, including data report compilation, reporting, etc.

- Manage the daily operations of the production team, including task assignment, tracking feedback, submissions, etc.

- Complete other tasks assigned by immediate supervisors

在训期间

- 按时按量完成培训班的课程、作业

- 与美术师培训生合作，完成项目实训

- 遵守培训班的规章制度，完成培训班老师布置的各项任务

- 参与最终的考核，以确定是否能够正式入职维塔士

入职维塔士后

- 协助制作人进行项目管理，或独立领导小型项目

- 协助对内（其他团队）对外（客户）的沟通

- 完成生产管理的相关任务，包括数据报表整理、汇报等

- 管理生产团队的日常运作，包括任务分配、跟踪反馈、递交等

- 完成由直属上级安排的其他任务

- Proficient in English communication (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) with the ability to communicate effectively with foreigners

- Self-motivated and able to inspire the team to work effectively

- Passionate about games, art, or management, with a strong interest in the role of a game producer

- Excellent communication skills, including listening, analysing, organizing, and presenting information

- Strong logical thinking skills, able to make rational decisions based on facts and data

- Good at analysing and summarizing, quick learner, and committed to self-improvement

- (Plus) Experience in project management or relevant coursework during schooling

- (Plus) Overseas study experience
