We are seeking a dedicated and experienced PCG AP Key Account Manager to join our team. This role is critical in managing and nurturing key accounts within the PCG Asia-Pacific region, ensuring strong relationships and strategic partnerships are maintained to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
-Strategically manage key accounts to maximize revenue opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
-Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and support teams to align strategies and provide seamless service to clients.
-Regularly analyze market trends and competitor activities within the Asia-Pacific region to identify potential growth opportunities.
-Prepare and present account plans, forecasts, and reports to senior management, demonstrating progress and strategic initiatives.
-Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms while fostering sustainable partnerships.
-Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations, ensuring prompt resolution of any issues that affect the client's experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
-Proven experience in key account management, preferably within the PCG (Print and Graphics) industry or related sectors.
-Strong understanding of the Asia-Pacific market dynamics and cultural nuances affecting business relationships.
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
-Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate insights into actionable plans.
-Strong negotiation skills with a goal-oriented approach to achieving business targets.
-Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
-Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite#LI-DW1
