Responsibility:

Responsible for R&D project mangement with runing (high complex global) R&D projects on time, on budget on scope and comply with SPDP and related subprocesses and guidelines. It includes, but not limited as below,

 - Project initial

  Clear identifies project scope with PLM (MTOR to PTOR);

  Sets up a project proposal work together with project Sponsor, PLM with business value and investment plan;

 -Project planning

  Organizes project start process, sets up project core team;

  Initials global project team with corresponding communication system setting;

  Builds up global project team organization, culture;

  Defines project approach way, resource allocation, financial planning, schedule; 

  Evaluates impact to project timeline/budgets/investment if project change happen; 

  Manages process implementation;  

  Schedules, coordinates and prepares materials for project meetings, conference calls for global project team;      

 -Project execution

  Clear defines and assigns work packages to project team;

  Responsible for tracking and summarizing to project deliverables completion acc. SPDP; 

  Closed communication & collaboration with all project teams members and stake holders; 

  Applies milestone to project approval board (PRC);

 -Project controlling & monitoring

  Provides warning report in case risk even issue for timeline or budget extension; 

  Sets up and implements mitigation plan to put project back on track;

 -Project closure

  Project deliverables checking and project performance assessment;

  Project deliverables handover;

  Lesson learning to entire project;

  Document for project closure;

Requirements:

-Bachelor or higher degree in Engineering, Technology or relevant Management to engineering and/or Business Management;

-Experience in R&D projects management for over 6 years with 3 years of Elevator industry;

-Fluent in English;

-Good knowledge in MS-Office software and project management software e.g. MS Project;

-General technical affinity and good knowledge of R&D processes and ability to understand a broad range of technical products and diverse businesses;

-People management; time management;

-PMP Certification or proven equivalent qualification/experience
