•作为项目经理参与亚太地区各公司的SAP S4HANA项目上线。Participate in SAP S4(HANA) rollout projects for all companies in the Asia Pacific region as project leader.

•制定全面的项目计划，明确范围、时间表、预算、资源、里程碑和成功标准。Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, timeline, budget, resources, milestones, and success criteria.

•监控项目进度，管理范围、进度、成本和质量，确保项目按计划推进。Monitor project progress, managing scope, schedule, cost, and quality to ensure adherence to the plan.

•管理全周期的测试活动, 制定并执行变革管理与培训计划，确保最终用户顺利适应新系统。Manage full-cycle testing activities, Develop and execute change management and training plans to ensure smooth user adoption.

•协调上线初期的支持工作，确保系统平稳运行 Provide post-go-live support efforts to ensure system stability.

•本科及以上学历，财务、会计、信息技术或相关领域。Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.

•至少2年项目管理经验，拥有中大型财务系统（如SAP, Oracle, 用友NC, 金蝶EAS等）完整实施生命周期的主导经验。Minimum 2 years of project management experience, with proven experience leading 1+ full implementation lifecycles of large-scale finance systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Yonyou NC, Kingdee EAS, etc.).

•精通项目管理方法论（瀑布/敏捷），并熟练使用相关工具（如MS Project, Jira）。Proficient in project management methodologies (Waterfall/Agile) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).

•具备坚实的财务和会计知识，熟悉核心财务流程和内控。Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles, core financial processes, and internal controls.

•出色的中英文沟通、演讲和影响能力，能够有效协调跨部门团队。Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.

•良好的解决问题的能力，能够在压力下管理复杂情况。Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complexity under pressure.

•优先考虑兼具财务背景和IT知识, 且有管理外部咨询顾问和实施团队经验的复合型人才。A composite background with both finance and IT knowledge as well as experience working with external consultants and implementation partners are preferred
