What You Will Do:

• Support our ongoing project to configure, test, and deploy YonBIP HR
• Act as generalist across key modules: Core HR, Recruitment, Workflows, Security, Absence and more
• Collaborate in our global HRIS team and with HR users across regions
• Design, develop, and deploy YonBIP features based on business requirements
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and support data migration activities
• Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and user training for HR colleagues in worldwide

What You Will Need:

• Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HRIS or HR Technology roles
• Hands-on experience with YonBIP HCM is essential
• Familiarity with Dayee (Recruitment module) is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of HR processes including recruiting, onboarding, employee data management, and reporting
• Experience in global HR environments or multinational companies
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
