职位介绍:
资深经理,人力资源业务伙伴是推动人力资源战略与多元业务目标深度对齐的核心角色。该岗位需与领导层紧密协作,制定并落地一系列人力资源关键举措,以此驱动组织绩效提升、完善人才战略布局、加速领导力发展进程。
工作内容:
· 资深经理,人力资源业务伙伴将协助总监,人力资源业务伙伴及团队,规划、设计并落地企业级与定制化人力资源解决方案,赋能组织战略目标达成。
· 系统性诊断组织运营问题,为业务部门提供专业咨询,制定并推动人力资源解决方案落地实施。
· 带领人力资源伙伴团队,通过深耕领导力培养、人才梯队建设、继任计划设计、变革管理及组织架构优化,全面提升组织效能。
· 牵头推进上海迪士尼度假区人力资源重点项目,协同业务部门突破发展瓶颈,化解业务挑战。
· 与业务部门紧密协作,通过深度研讨与流程复盘,持续优化人员管理体系与运营机制。
· 联动业务部门与人力资源团队,建立高效协同机制,确保人力资源服务高质量、高效率交付。
· 立足业务部门需求,提升员工敬业度与满意度;制定职业发展规划政策,助力员工成长与组织发展双向赋能。
· 作为人力资源领域的专业顾问,为管理者与员工提供全面支持,协助解决日常团队管理问题,包括冲突协调、绩效管理、团队凝聚力建设等。

Job Summary:
The Senior Manager, HR Business Partner will play a critical role in aligning human resources strategies with different lines of business objectives. This role involves working closely with leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives that drive organizational performance, talent strategy, and leadership development.
What You’ll Do:
· The Senior Manager, HRBP directly assist the Director, HRBP with planning, directing, and delivering corporate and customized HR solution in support of the organizations objectives to dedicated client groups.
· Diagnose organization issues, proactively provide consultation to senior leadership, and recommend HR strategic solutions.
· Lead the HRBP team to improve client groups’ organizational effectiveness with focus on leadership development, talent management, succession planning, change management and organization design.
· Lead and drive HR project across SHDR to help address business challenges.
· Optimize people related process through facilitating the discussion and alignment among related partners.
· Collaborates with business clients and the broader HR organization to ensure a unified HR delivery approach.
· Provide guidance to LOB managers and development of strategies/recommendations to improve cast member satisfaction, support career development and align with Shanghai Disney Resort culture.
· Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee development.
· 具备10年以上人力资源工作经验,包括组织发展、人才管理、领导力发展等项目经验并熟悉人力资源各板块的业务知识。
· 具备卓越的领导能力与影响力,能够激发团队创造力,驱动目标高效达成。
· 拥有与利益相关者建立深度合作伙伴关系,并推动协同合作落地的能力。
· 具备出色的沟通技巧,能够使用普通话和英语进行清晰、简洁且极具说服力的口头及书面表达。
· 具备工作主动性与紧迫感,能够迅速做出决策,并高效解决各类待办事项。
· 拥有出色的冲突管理能力,能够从容应对并妥善处理各种复杂挑战。

· 严守保密准则,对工作中接触的敏感信息及核心数据具备高度保密意识。
· 具备扎实的变革管理能力,能有效整合资源、协调多方力量,推动公司级关键战略举措顺利实施。
· 10+ years working experience in HR function with in-depth knowledge in Organization Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development and HR Functional knowledge.
· Demonstrated ability to lead and influence leaders and team members, and to inspire thinking and drive results; proven experience leading and developing a team.
· Strong capability to build partnership with stakeholders and drive collaboration among partners.
· Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, including proficiency in clear, concise, and compelling oral and written communication in Mandarin and English.
· Demonstrated strong sense of initiative and urgency, with the ability to decision making and solve outstanding matters efficiently.
· Demonstrated ability to manage conflicts and overcome challenging situations.
· Ability to exemplify the values of the Disneyland Resort and share those values with clients and guests.
· Ability to partner and interact with employees at all levels within the Disneyland Resort.
· Ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing work environment -- ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects.
· Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
· Change management capability to drive site level key initiatives.
