主要职责

Main Duties

1.执行空气管道尘网的清洁工作。

Cleanthe air duct filters.

2.根据上级指示，执行对空调及冷凝系统之日常保养工作，如冷水之处理，冷凝器及空气洁净系统等。

Carryingout the daily maintenance of air-conditioning system, eg. Cooling watertreatment, condenser and air purified system cleaning, according to team leaderor duty engineer’s instructions.

3.跟办各部门之有关工作单。

Followup the work orders of other departments.

4.检查冷凝剂有否漏泻：如有需要，重新储入。

Check the leakage of the liquor condensate: restore if necessary.

5.检查及调节所有空气洁净系统及通风扇轮带的松紧。

Checkand adjust all the air purified system and the ventilation fan.

6.实施工程部高效运营，支持其他部门的运行。

Toconduct in the smooth and efficient running of the Engineering Department insupport of all other operating departments.

任职资格：

Qualification:

1、中央空调和冷冻系统相关专业                                                                                                                                               

Graduation from central air-condition, refrigeration systems related professional

2、精通冷冻系统和冷藏室的维修和保养工作 

Skilled in the repair and maintenance of refrigeration systems and cold rooms

3、懂得冷水机组如何进行维修保养                                    

Know How to carry out maintenance of chillers

4、掌握锅炉安全操作规程                         

Master the Safety Operation Rules of boiler

5、掌握初级机械和电力方面的知识。                                   

Master the knowledge of the primary mechanical and electrical

6、有良好的职业操守

 Good Character and Ethics

7、良好的人际交往能力                                                                                                                                                      

 Good interpersonal skills

8、严格遵守国家法律法规，执行企业各种规章制度
