Key Responsibility (主要职责)

1. Assume Project Leader for delivering mid/high complex process and equipment solutions for assigned R&D products working independently. 担任项目负责人，负责为指定的研发产品提供中/高度复杂的工艺和设备解决方案。

2. Provide technical inputs in 2nd source/alternative vendor decisions demonstrating ability to understand machine concepts and matching to needs. 在第二来源/替代供应商决策中提供技术输入，证明理解机器概念和满足需求的能力。

3. Assume Consultant/ Project Leader for supporting engineering or production on chronic issue and continuous improvement project. 担任顾问/项目负责人，为长期问题和持续改进项目的工程或生产提供支持。

4. Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor. 直接主管分配的其他任务。

1. Bachelor or above in Electronic Engineering / Automation/ Computer Science/Opto related Science and Engineering major电子工程/自动化/计算机/光电本科及以上学历相关理工科专业

2. Minimum 5 years working experience, familiar with semiconductor vision system preferred (e.g. laser mark inspection, after wire & die bond inspection, package 2D/3D/6S inspection, in-tape inspection, automated optical inspection (AOI) and Device Process Control Flow; fresh graduated master with high capability is acceptable. 至少5年工作经验，熟悉半导体视觉系统优先（如激光标记检查、引线和芯片接合后检查、封装2D/3D/6S检查、带内检查、自动光学检查（AOI））和设备过程控制流程; 优秀硕士应届毕业生亦可接受

3. Experience in Project Management (time and resource allocation management), covering equipment selection, setup and buyoff (release to production) 项目管理经验（时间和资源分配管理），包括设备选择、设置和验收（投产）

4. Able to Setup Vision System independently after training provided. Systematic Problem Solving Methodology, e.g. DMAIC, 8D, 6-Sigma, Why-why, etc. 经过培训后能够独立设置视觉系统。系统的问题解决方法，例如DMAIC、8D、6西格玛、为什么等

5. IT skills: Microsoft Office 365, Be familiar with one of computer programming languages such as, C, C++, C#, Java, Python, VB… IT技能：Microsoft Office 365, 熟练掌握至少一门计算机编程语言，如, C, C++, C#, Java, Python, VB…

6. English Level: Skilled in Literacy, Listening and Speaking英语水平：熟练掌握识字、听力和口语

7. Others: Strong Motivation; Willing to Learn Attitude; Communication Skill; Presentation and Report Compilation Skill其他：动机强；愿意学习的态度；沟通技巧；演示文稿和报告编写技巧
