岗位描述：

1.Develop new conversion materials with suppliers in addition to alternative conversion material qualification and phosphor recipe steering。

 和供应商合作开发新的光学转换材料，并负责验证材料替代品和研究荧光粉应用配方。

2.Participate in new product development as a material in addition to support project leader for material trouble shooting.

 作为材料一员参与新产品开发，并协助项目负责人解决项目中的材料问题。

岗位职责：

1.Phosphor steering DOE, data analysis, create STDB, setup Mixzpp and SCC to fulfill target bin requirement including color, CRI, brightness and yield.

 荧光粉应用实验，数据分析，建立配方数据库，设定配胶系统和样品测试来满足产品对颜色，显指，亮度 和良率的需求。

2.Develop new conversion materials with suppliers for product performance improvement in addition to qualify alternative material sources to improve product cost efficiency and supply risk mitigation.

 和供应商合作开发新的光学转换材料来提升产品性能，并验证替代材料来降低材料供应风险和产品成本。

3.Participate in new product development as a material in addition to support project leader for conversion material trouble shooting.

 作为材料一员参与新产品开发，并协助项目负责人解决项目中的光学转换材料问题。

岗位要求：

1.Bachelor degree or above in Material/Electronics/Mechanical or equivalent.本科或以上学历，材料/电子/机械或相关专业。

2.Minimun 5 years working experience in semiconductor for bachelor, outstanding master graduate is acceptable.

 至少本科5年半导体相关经验，优秀的硕士应届生也可接受。

3.Prefer with working experience in LED related industry.

 有LED相关行业工作经验者优先。

4.Familiar with data analysis software.

 熟悉数据分析软件。

5.Capable to communicate in English with global team.

 可以用英语跟国外团队沟通。

6.Self-motivated, willing to learn, able to work with stress and adapt to fast changes

 上进心强，乐于学习，能够承受工作压力，适应快速变化。
